Halil İbrahim Kahve received his BS in Food Engineering Department (FED) in 2012 from Yüzüncü Yıl University, Van/Turkey, MSc in FED from Aksaray University in 2016, Aksaray/Turkey, and PhD in FED from Selçuk University, Konya/Turkey in 2022. His research interests are focused on edible food coatings, isolation and identification endogenous yeasts from fermented goods and its technological/probiotic properties, EPS extraction and characterization from probiotic yeasts, antimicrobial/antibacterial activities.
